Things you're probably wondering
How long does the detail take?
About 2 to 3 hours, depending on how, uh, well-loved your interior is. We book a 3-hour window so there's no rush.
Do I need to be home?
Yes, or someone authorized to give us access to the vehicle. We'll need keys and ideally access to water and a power outlet.
What if my car is, well, really bad?
Mention it when you reserve and we'll confirm before we arrive. Extreme cases — pet accidents, smoke damage, that kind of thing — may need a small add-on, but we'll always tell you the full price before any work begins.
What areas do you serve?
Williamsburg, James City County, Yorktown, Norge, Newport News, and Hampton. If you're a little farther out, ask anyway — we'll see what we can do.
What if it rains?
Interior work happens rain or shine. If you've added an exterior wash and the weather doesn't cooperate, we reschedule that part free of charge.
How does payment work?
Reserve your spot first — no payment needed yet. We'll text or call to confirm the details, and you pay after the detailing is complete. We accept all major cards via secure Stripe checkout, or we also have Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay if you prefer that.
